AN INSIDE LOOK INTO MY 19TH BIRTHDAY PARTY

Although my birthday is in January, I wanted to celebrate with my friends while I was in Brazil, so I decided to do my party a bit ahead of time. I love birthdays and celebrating, so I always have fun planning my parties. I think it is important to celebrate these moments because we never know what is going to happen tomorrow. That being said, in the position I am in, I also think it is very important to give back, so a tradition that I have done for most of my birthday parties is that I request that instead of bringing gifts guests bring presents for children which I then donate.

Originally, my idea was to do a sunset party in the garden, however, due to the extreme heat we were having in Brazil as well as rain, I decided it was better to have the party indoors. I love white parties because I think white is a color which brings good energy, and that is all I want for my new year. Therefore, I decided that the dress code for the party would be all white and this turned out so well.

Two of my best friends from high school (that feels so weird to say because I still feel like I am in high school) surprised me and flew into Porto Alegre for my party. I was at the pool and my mom told me I had to go to the airport to pick up a client for her. I went, and even made a sign for the client with the logo of my mom’s company, and then while I was waiting, the two of them came out. This was the best surprise. I love you guys♡
